We search a broad range of lenders on the market, for the most suitable product for you, as we are not tied to a specific lender. Some lenders work exclusively with mortgage brokers and rely on them to be the gatekeepers to bring them suitable clients. You may not be able to contact some lenders directly. 

You may save on some fees and additional costs

Due to the volume of business we conduct, we may be able to provide details of ancillary services that are available at preferential rates. Where relevant, we can share information about a panel of solicitors for clients to consider. Clients are under no obligation to use these firms and remain free to choose any solicitor of their choice.
